Using electronic file transfer, CNC wire edm, chemical machining, and custom form tooling, Diversified Tool & Die is able to provide accurate prototypes in a matter of days. Some prototypes have actually been supplied to customers in less than 24 hours!

An additional advantage to in-house prototyping is the head start that it gives our tooling design team. Bend allowances, spring back rates, and processing issues can be determined before the tooling design phase.
